Radiator cabinets are designed with care to
ensure simple assembly with all the difficult carpentry tasks
having been completed. Just assemble the cabinets using the
fixings provided.
There are only four pieces to assemble to make
your chosen cabinet, the radiator front panels come ready
assembled complete with high quality grilles that simply slot
into place.
The kits feature simple cam and dowel fixings
and pull out fronts for easy access to the radiator or valves.
All cabinets are made complete with a high quality
4mm MDF grille featuring a Lattice Pattern. This can be changed
to any from our extensive range.

Standard self assembly radiator cabinets
have an internal height of 882mm and an external height
of 900mm, with the Maximum height of the radiator
being 860mm measured from the floor. With
an internal depth of 158mm and an external depth of
190mm (which includes the shelf overhang of 10mm)
with the Maximum depth of the radiator being 150mm.
Cabinet height can be reduced by up to 45mm.
To obtain the correct size measure The
width of the radiator including all pipework add 50mm
clearance and then choose the next size up from the
table below. The sizes shown are the internal
widths of the cabinet. In some of the cabinets you
can choose the amount of grilles you prefer.

For the best finish, paint your cabinets
in the same way you would any timber based product
or wood. Use a primer / base coat followed by one
or two layers of top coat.
Step 1. Paint all edges with a coat
of primer which should be lightly sanded when dry.
Step 2. Paint all surfaces with the
appropriate primer / basecoat to suit you final
top coat colour , lightly sand when dry.
Step 3. Paint with your preferred
finish top coat.
Step 4. Stand back and admire your
beautiful radiator cabinet.
